These terms apply when you use optimiamici.com and the online tools Optimi Amici provides. By using the site you agree to them. Paid services are also governed by the agreement or quote you accept with us; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Our services

Descriptions and prices on the site are provided for information and may change. The scope, price, and timeline of any work are set out in the quote or agreement for that work. Monthly plans continue until cancelled as described in that agreement.

Connected accounts

If you give Optimi Amici access to accounts such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or Google Business Profile, you confirm you are authorized to grant that access. We use it only to perform the work you request, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can remove it at any time.

Third-party services

The site and our services rely on third-party platforms (for example Google, our hosting provider, and our CRM and forms provider). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any marketing activity will produce specific results. To the extent permitted by law, Optimi Amici is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
